The site was a challenging one with its restrictions, step contours and limited access but with a clever design that exceeded the brief, some smart building input and execution the result was exceptional!

The block basement and garage also retained the upper level providing an elevated flat platform for private indoor/ outdoor living and capturing the amazing views.

With the blend of earthy materials and colour scheme it fits the surrounding's and looks stunning at the same time.
