Whether you already have the blueprints in your hand, or a head full of ideas, Beck Building work with clients at any stage of the design process. Our experts will attend meetings and work collaboratively with you and the architect to ensure that your vision is attainable and actioned as smoothly as possible. We can suggest different material options and sustainable solutions that you may not have yet considered.

Finalising & Scoping
Once your blueprints are finalised, our team will review them and prepare a detailed price estimate and project timeline. We’re upfront about every stage of the build, offering open, transparent costings so you can clearly see how each part of your home is progressing and what percentage has been completed.
This approach gives you full visibility and control — no hidden costs, no guesswork, just a clear understanding of where your investment is going. With decades of experience, we take pride in providing reliable, well-documented estimates that reflect our commitment to professionalism and trust.

Construction
Now is the time to watch your vision come to life.
Throughout the build you will be able to watch your new home take shape with a mix of photos, updates, and site visits. We also provide an online project management system that you can log in to at any time to receive live updates.
With our monthly invoice system, you will have open and transparent documentation that states the work done every month.

Nothing quite compares to the pinch-yourself feeling of receiving the keys to your custom-designed, architectural home.
While your building journey may be coming to a close, our time together will still continue. Beck Building develop strong and lasting relationships with our clients. Once you are settled in, we will check in on you to ensure you are happy with everything within the build, and that you are loving your new home.
